The Tigers have been a force to be reckoned with this season and come into Friday's final SEC dual meet with a record of 7-3 overall and 4-2 in conference competition for a second-place tie in the SEC standings. The team's most recent meet resulted in a 198.150-197.950 loss to conference-leading Florida on the road last week. Haleigh Bryant took the highest score on bars for the night with a 9.925 as she returned to her former team's gym for the first time since transferring. The strong performance, along with impressive routines by her teammates, gave the team a 49.550 on bars for the night. Bryant also scored a 9.925 on vault, a 9.950 on beam and a 9.950 on floor to earn a 39.750 in all-around, placing her in second. 

The two teams last competed against each other inside the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Feb. 18, 2022, with LSU taking home a 198.050-197.600 victory.
